We are located near the small city of Gualaquiza in the south east part of Ecuador. A 40 minute drive takes us to our 45 hectare farm close to the Zamora river. Most of the way is asphalt, the final bit is dirt road.
We receive wifi signal through an antenna and we are connected to the electricity grid.
There is a fairly large communal house along with several large roofed areas that are used for the communal kitchen and more.
The weather is usually between 20-30 celcius. November is the peak dry season with short dry spells, May is the peak wet season with continous rains. Overall there is a good variation of sun and rain throughout the year.
About half of the farm is being cultivated with fruit trees and the other half is steep secondary forest. There is a stream that is suitable for bathing.
